Digital temperature sensor and high humidity relative humidity
This humidity and temperature sensor is a solid-state CMOS chip. The chip functions as a humidity and temperature sensor, an analog-to-digital converter, a signal processor, a data calibrator, and an I2C interface handler. Patented industrial standard technology, using polymer dielectrics for moisture sensing, allows the creation of solid-state CMOS sensors with low drift, hysteresis and long-term stability of readings.
The humidity and temperature sensor is calibrated at the factory and the calibration data is stored in nonvolatile memory. This ensures that the sensors are completely interchangeable and do not require calibration or software changes
